Industrial Duct Cleaning

Duct cleaning for manufacturing plants, warehouses and process facilities across the Greater Toronto Area – larger systems, heavier buildup, and work planned around your production schedule.

Why Industrial Ductwork Needs Attention

Industrial ductwork deals with more than household dust. Process exhaust, product fines, oil mist and heavy particulate build up faster and in larger volumes, and restricted ducts lose airflow at exactly the points it is needed. Where the material is combustible – wood, flour, sugar, plastics, many metals – accumulated dust is also a fire and explosion hazard, which is why combustible dust cleaning and dust collector maintenance are often part of the same program. Facilities with dust settling on structure overhead usually combine duct work with high dusting.

Signs It Is Due

  • Reduced airflow at pickups, hoods or exhaust points
  • Visible buildup inside duct access points
  • Material settling on surfaces near duct runs
  • A process change that increased dust or fumes
  • An insurance or safety audit flagging accumulation
  • No documented cleaning history for the system

Common Questions

Can you work during a planned shutdown?

Yes. Shutdowns are often the best time for industrial duct work, and we plan the scope so it fits inside the window you have.

Do you follow our site safety procedures?

Yes. Your site’s orientation, lockout and permit requirements are agreed during the site assessment and followed on the job.

What if the dust is combustible?

Then the cleaning method matters as much as the cleaning. Combustible dust needs to be removed, not blown around – see our combustible dust cleaning page for how that work is approached.

Are you certified?

Yes – we are members of NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, and have been operating across the GTA since 1997. You are welcome to verify our membership directly with NADCA rather than take our word for it.
