Can the work be done outside business hours?
Yes. Work outside business hours is common in commercial buildings so tenants and customers are not disrupted. Tell us your building’s access constraints when you book.
What documentation do you provide?
A written summary of the work with before-and-after photographs, suitable for maintenance records or a property manager’s file. Certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance are available before work begins.
Does the HVAC system need to be shut down?
Sections of the system are shut down while they are cleaned. We plan the sequence with you in advance so the building is not without heating or cooling for longer than necessary.
Can you price against a specification or RFP?
Yes. We can price against a specification or scope of work, and a site assessment beforehand gives both of us an accurate picture of the system.
