Why Beams and Overhead Steel Need Cleaning

How do you reach the beams?
With elevated work platforms suited to the building. The site assessment confirms what fits your aisles, floor loading and ceiling height.
Do we need to clear the floor?
Usually only the area directly under the section being cleaned, and only while it is being cleaned. We agree the sequence with you so operations can carry on around the work.
Is this the same as high dusting?
Beam cleaning is part of it. High dusting covers everything overhead – beams, ductwork exteriors, piping, lights and signage – and most sites book them together.
Can you provide documentation for an audit?
Yes. You receive a written report with before-and-after photographs, suitable for audit files and customer inspections.
