Duct Cleaning for Brampton Properties

Brampton has grown faster than almost anywhere else in the GTA over the last two decades, and the housing stock reflects it. The downtown core and Peel Village kept older, more established homes with ductwork that has often been extended through renovations. Everything north of that, through areas like Springdale and Mount Pleasant, was built out in large, rapid subdivision phases with a mix of detached houses and dense new townhouse blocks. New construction does not mean clean ducts – drywall dust and debris from the build often sits in the system until the first cleaning.

Common in Brampton

  • Established homes near downtown and Peel Village with older ductwork
  • New-build subdivisions in the north end with construction dust in the system
  • Dense townhouse blocks with compact mechanical rooms
  • Multi-generational homes with secondary suites and added ductwork
  • Warehouse and logistics space along the 407 and 410 corridors
  • Retail and restaurant space in Brampton’s growing commercial plazas

Common Questions

How much does duct cleaning cost in Brampton?

It depends on the size of the property and the number of supply and return vents, so an accurate figure needs a short conversation rather than a guess. Tell us the property type and roughly how many vents it has and we will give you a straight number before any work is booked.

Our house is new – do we still need duct cleaning?

Yes, often more than an older home does at first. Construction dust, drywall debris and off-cuts commonly end up in new ductwork before a house is even occupied. A cleaning shortly after move-in clears that out before it recirculates for years.

How often should Brampton homes have ducts cleaned?

Every three to five years suits most households. Consider sooner after a renovation, if anyone in the home has allergies or asthma, if you have pets, or if the house is older and the ductwork has never been cleaned since it was installed.

Are you certified?

Yes – we are members of NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, and have been operating across the GTA since 1997. You are welcome to verify our membership directly with NADCA rather than take our word for it.
